Volunteer Opportunities
WSO volunteers play a vital role in assisting with cost-saving measures and promoting the orchestra.
AREAS THAT NEED ASSISTANCE:
•office administrative support
•raffles for fundraising
•promoting the WSO at concerts and various locations throughout Winnipeg
•pre-concert activities at family concerts
•International New Music Festival - airport pick-ups and concert assistance
•driving guest artists
BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING:
•gain valuable experience for resumes
•help ensure the on-going success of the WSO
•special invitations to attend certain concerts (based on availability and hours worked)
•annual volunteer appreciation night and BBQ
