Calabria Market and Wine Store is a one stop destination.
The family owned business was founded in 1994 and started with a small deli counter, pannini sandwiches, pizza and pastas. "As more and more clients began to frequent the store we listened to what they asked for."Our market dictated every new addition to the little store. Wine was a huge request daily! It was the perfect complement to what we were already doing and made our place a one stop shop!"
Calabria Market is one of two private food and wine retailers in Manitoba. We specialize in Italian food but also import foods from all over the world. We have an extensive deli counter with a large selection of imported cheese and deli meats. We are very well known for our hand tossed pizzas which are made to order for pick up only. We cater all types of events, large or small functions and business luncheons.
We have a small quaint seating area where our clients can sit at lunch and grab a panino sandwich, our famous super sub, a salad, a slice of pizza, or one of our daily pasta specials. While your at it, you can also take home one of our daily prepared pasta dinners ready for your oven.
Our menu consists of a variety of pastas, chicken parmigiana, homemade Italian sausage, an assortment of salads, antipastos and many more items.
Today the market occupies over 2400 square feet of specialty food and wine selections. Sisters/owner/operators Cathy and Vicky take pride in their hands on operation, which they refer to as the community "Piazza"

The Wine Store
Calabria wine market has an extensive variety of wines from all over the world. Eighty percent of our wines are private wine store listings(unlisted), with a variety of the MLCC listed standbys.
Our wine store is located within our food store and boasts quite an extensive selection from all over the world. We have a very large retail customer base which come to pick up dinner and always leave with at least one bottle of wine and many times a case! Calabria offers a 10% discout to our customers who wish to purchase full cases of unlisted wine varieties.We also supply wines to a client base of licensee businesses which includes many restaurants in our city
Pizza to go!
Our stone baked Pizza comes in one size 14" large. Each pizza dough is individually hand tossed and baked. You can choose from our white or whole wheat dough, regular or thin crust. we have a large variety of combination pizzas or you can build your own custom pizza. It is also available in half baked, so the cooking can be finished off at home or at the lake and to like fresh made pizza. For your convenience, if you are catering a party or a large meeting, we will make arrangemnts for delivery with a one day notice.
